new book beginnings ~ db

Another little detail from a spread I’m working on. The thin red line is my gutter marker.

  1. Hi! Greetings from Northern Europe. Thank you for sharing your working process images of “When they are up” and “A pod of Orcas”. It is very interesting to see the step by step approach. I would be very interested in seeing the process of this image/book too – if you would like to share some images. The illustration is just beautiful.

    1. Hi Elise,

You are welcome – and thank you very much!
I’m always fascinated by other artists’ process so I figure it’s only fair to share some of my own.
I’ll be posting some more on the process of this current book once it’s all done and I’ve got a bit of time to gather everything up. Thanks for asking!
